"We had booked 4 nights and stayed only one. Had we not arrrived late in the evening we would not haved stayed the one night we did. The carpeting through out was soiled, worn, rumpled, and we shared the room with several insects. We renamed this location the "Worst Western"
I work for a large high tech company, and travel quite frequently in my position, I have come to rely on a companys name for a level of quality. I must say that I will not be likely to choose "Best Western" as an indication of quality in the future, and will inform the company's travel services of my experience to be certian that no other employees encounter the same poor quaility as we did.
